• This trip's main aim is to build a partnership with Tianjin Tiger F.C. by providing coaching programmes, Developing contacts and building relationships with Tianjin Tiger F.C. 

• Helping coaches and teachers plan daily activities and delegating tasks.

• Outlining goals and ensuring group members understand what's expected of them.

• Using software to upload and translate coaching session plans, verbal translation during delivering coaching sessions

• Ensuring the health and safety of each group member.
